Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Avoid caffeine, alcoholic
drinks, and too much salt if you are prone to having puffy eyes or eye
bags because they dehydrate your body. Take vitamin C. Always wash your
face before going to bed especially if you had put on some make-up. This
prevents eye bags, puffiness, and swelling especially when you and/or
your eyes are tired.
There are natural treatments for eye bags. Among the natural cures
are rosehip tea, cucumbers, potatoes, and lavender. They can reduce the
swelling under your eyes or the darkening around them. There are also
eye creams available in supermarkets, personal care stores and other
shops selling beauty care products.
